We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Communication who will be an integral part of the senior leadership team with the overall responsibility to direct and oversee both Marketing and Communication activities. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing and communication strategies that align with our business goals. This role reports directly to our CEO, and as such, you will be in a unique position to influence change and make an impact from day one to help the growth and the transition of the company to a leader in the digital financial sector.
The Head of Marketing amp; Communication is both a strategic and hands-on role that is in charge of Maviance’s marketing, branding, communications and PR activities. This primarily involves developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. These goals include increasing the company’s market share, maximizing revenues within Cameroon, develop the brand to #1 in the Mindspace within its target market as well as to expand the brand into CEMAC countries.
