Job Description:
APS is a reputable security and investigations company based in Douala, committed to providing top-notch security solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for a fixed term Contract Supervisor for our agents in center region to lead and enhance our team over there.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment cycle for security agents, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications,supervisions,patrols.
- Collaborate with management to define recruitment needs and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office.
- Understanding of labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
