As a Welder Foreman at Dangote Cement, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of welders and ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant mechanical equipment and systems.
You will be responsible for overseeing welding tasks, maintaining discipline among the team, and ensuring the availability and proper utilization of welding machines and tools throughout the plant.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have a Higher National Diploma (HND) or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
You should also have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, preferably in the cement industry.
In-depth knowledge of cement plant maintenance and the cement manufacturing process is required. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in the use of MS Office are also essential.
